Manual/ Semi Auto Corrugated Board Adhesives
Corrugation Powders
Our range of Corrugation Powders offer excellent bonding and 100% Fiber tear. Products give very consistent viscosity and initial tack. These glues set very fast and allow further processing of board without any hindrance. These adhesives are low energy consuming and save on heating or allows machine to run higher speeds if mechanically compatible. Our formulation prevents phase separation in the ready adhesive and eliminates need for circulation. Glue does not thicken or thin in tray on heating and gives consistent performance. Product specifications remain consistent from batch to batch.

Pasting Powders
Pasting Powder is made from high viscosity starches. These are processed in controlled manufacturing conditions to give consistent products. All grades give standard viscosity which is maintained on storage. In normal conditions application of glue is around 40 grams /square meter and board drying time is enhanced. Glues set very fast and excess moisture absorption by board is prevented by the formulation. Customers can choose from a wide range of products as per their requirement.

Corrugation Adhesives for Auto Plant
Auto Plant Corrugation Adhesive requires specific formulation to be effective at high speeds. Most of plants are run on steam and heat transfer to board is very good. Auto Plants can use formulations based on Native Starch. Auto plants can handle higher viscosity glues due to availability of circulation system.
Corrugation Adhesive viscosity must be consistent at mixing tank during the preparation and stable in the tray while running. Viscosity drop due to circulation is marginal .Our Corrugation Powders for auto plants are made from blend of modified and unmodified Starch. Customers can get a highly consistent product. One grade of adhesive can be used for Single Facer and Double Backer application.

Paper Tube & Cone Manufacturing Adhesives
- Yellow Dextrin Based Adhesive Powders– These are Yellow Dextrin based products. These have excellent flow at very high solids and viscosity. Can virtually be used for any paper.
- Cold Water Soluble Dextrin based High pH Adhesive Powders– These adhesives are based on Dextrin’s and Caustic. These are typically very high tack glues. If offers excellent drying characters with better CS.
- Adhesive Powders based on hybrid Dextrin’s and PVOH formulations– Hybrid Adhesives are blend of Dextrin’s and PVOH grades. The products boasts of advantage of Dextrin and special lamination characters of PVOH.
- Synthetic adhesive grades- For imparting specific properties to the tubes on very high speed machines.
- Water resistant Resin grades– Resins are used to bring water resistance to adhesives. Cores will not absorb moisture after manufacturing and CS would not drop.
